Job Responsibilities
Customer Services Officer

Handling account opening as per CDD/AML requirements

Rectifying audit observations related to assigned duties

Managing closure of deposit accounts

Completing documentation for dormant/unclaimed accounts

Proper filing and maintenance of account opening forms

Updating customer profiles and maintaining NADRA log book

Conducting periodic ODD updates for risk-based accounts

Bi-annual internal assessment of top depositors
Personal Banking Officer

Achieving monthly deposit and cross-sales targets

Meeting assigned NTB (New to Bank) goals

Promoting digital banking channels including RDA & digital onboarding

Generating leads and referrals through relationship management

Ensuring high-quality service delivery

Activating dormant relationships to increase deposits
