Citizen Support Services Response Agent (CSSRA):
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- Experience: At least 1 year in IT projects or a call center
- Skills: Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute, good communication in both English and Urdu (spoken and written)
- Age: 18 to 30 years
Electrical Technicians (BPS-15):
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Age: 18 to 30 years
